Shipping & Returns

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal (can pay via credit card or PayPal account). We do not directly collect credit card information on our site
Orders will generally be received within 10 business days from the date of order

The only reason an order will not be received within 10 business days is if we are stocked out of that warranty and are currently awaiting shipment. The item will ship as soon as we receive it.

We ship items Monday - Friday and we do not ship on major U.S. holidays
Xwarranties currently ships to U.S. addresses only and all shipping to U.S. States is free
We ship to U.S. Territories for a $4.95 fee
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may cancel it within 30 days. Please refer to the RepairMaster terms and conditions in your warranty document for further information
Please do not return an item until you have received authorization from Xwarranties or RepairMaster
If an item is returned, the amount determined to be returned by RepairMaster will be credited to the customer account
